Chill out with our Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich! This wonderful combination of our best-selling, “Traditional” Simply Classic Brownie and McConnell’s Golden State Vanilla Ice Cream is so sublime that it’s no wonder “Good Day LA” wanted us to demonstrate our sweet sandwiching techniques on their morning TV show . . . and then devour them.

And the popular “LAist” featured our tubby treat on National Ice Cream Sandwich Day as their top pick in LA! Since then, we’ve added some great new variations, like our “Inside-Out” sandwich: Our Pure Platinum (all-vanilla) Brownie with chocolate ice cream, and our “Choco-Latte” sandwich: Our Simply Classic Brownie with coffee ice cream, and our “Golden Girl”: Pure Platinum Brownie with McConnell’s Golden State Vanilla Ice Cream.

Brownie Cookies

Lookout, cookie lovers; this is not an oxymoron. It is perfect harmony. Loaded with chunks of Ghirardelli bittersweet and See’s semisweet chocolate, our Brownie Cookies have pushed the reset button for what was once thought of as the chocolate-chocolate-chip-cookie. Now, the rich chocolaty flavors from our best-selling Simply Classic and Classic Walnut brownies have found their 90210 dream home in a cookie that is light in texture, crispy along the edges and soft in the center. Measuring in at a cool 5” in diameter, they are indeed colossal. But don’t worry, you’ll have no problem devouring an entire cookie in one great moment. And in case you were wondering, they’re still dunk-able . . . if you use a bowl instead of a glass of milk!

Sounds like you’re looking for our Brownie Biscotti. They begin with our same, wonderful Beverly Hills Brownie Company® batters, and are formed, sliced and baked twice for a totally different taste treat. They are crispy and chewy all at the same time, and come in a variety of flavors.
