Our brownies are baked fresh daily and as we do not add any preservatives, we encourage you to enjoy them as soon as you receive them. If you can resist devouring them immediately, we suggest that you store your brownies in an airtight container or airtight plastic bag at room temperature, for up to one week from the date of shipping. After that, we recommend that you refrigerate them (for up to 2 weeks) or freeze them (brownies freeze remarkably well, for up to 6 months!), also in airtight containers or airtight plastic bags.

Brownies taste best at room temperature or even slightly warmed, so we suggest these guidelines:

• Thawing after freezing takes about 15-30 seconds in a microwave (remove any foil, paper or cello wrappers). Times vary depending upon microwave ovens and power settings.
• Warming after refrigeration takes about 10 seconds in a microwave (remove any foil, paper or cello wrappers). Times vary depending upon microwave ovens and power settings.
