How long will my brownies from the Beverly Hills Brownie Company® stay fresh?
Our brownies are baked fresh daily and do not contain any added preservatives, so we encourage you to enjoy them as soon as you receive them. If you can resist devouring them immediately, we suggest that you store your brownies in an airtight container or airtight plastic bag at room temperature. After three days, we recommend that they be frozen (brownies freeze remarkably well, for up to 6 months), also in airtight containers or airtight plastic bags.
Brownies taste best at room temperature or even slightly warmed, so we suggest the following guidelines. Times vary depending upon microwave ovens and power settings. Remove any foil, paper or cello wrappers before warming:
- Warming after freezing takes about 15-20 seconds in a microwave
- Warming after refrigeration takes about 10-15 seconds in a microwave
- Warming from room temperature takes about 7-10 seconds in a microwave
Does Beverly Hills Brownie Company offer local delivery?
Yes. Our deliveries are by messenger service, Monday through Friday, within a four-hour time frame, and within Los Angeles County. The first regular, outbound orders leave our bakery at 8:00 a.m. and the last regular deliveries are made by 5:00 p.m. To obtain a delivery quote, select the delivery option of the order form and enter the zip code (for the delivery location) in the space provided. Early or late deliveries, rush deliveries and weekend deliveries are available at special rates. If you are interested in these options, please so indicate on your order and we will confirm pricing to you.

How far in advance should I place my order for local delivery or pick-up of brownies?
Since our brownies are baked fresh daily, we always have them “on hand”. To be certain that we have exactly the brownies that you want, exactly when you want them, we ask that you place your order by 10:00 a.m. Pacific, two business days prior to your desired date of delivery or pick-up. You may call us for same-day or next-day-orders, and we will certainly do all possible to accommodate.
Does Beverly Hills Brownie Company® ship brownies?
We offer shipping throughout the continental United States and Canada. As we do not add any preservatives, we do not make outbound shipments over weekends or holidays to minimize brownie transit time and maximize brownie enjoyment time. Our daily cutoff time is 10:00 a.m. Pacific for those orders to be shipped out within 1 business day.
June - October
During the warm weather months of June, July, August and September, and at other times when outdoor temperatures exceed average, we package our brownies using our special, Summer-Safe Shipping System for thermal control. To ensure that the proper temperature range is maintained during transit, our system integrates insulated coolers and ice packs. In addition, shipments are guaranteed for receipt within to two business days.
Based on added variable package weight and reduced transit time, rates are determined and quoted for each shipment. Within 1 business day of our receipt of your order, we will calculate and advise you of the related shipping cost. We will await your approval of final shipping costs before we confirm your order. At all other times of the year, our shipping rates revert to the following standard prices.
November - May
With our Regular Shipping option, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 business days of the ship date. Overnight shipping and Saturday deliveries are also available for additional charges; please indicate your desired option(s) at check-out and we will confirm pricing to you.

Which methods of payment does Beverly Hills Brownie Company® accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Beverly Hills Brownie Company® Gift Cards. There is a minimum order price of $20 for credit card purchases. Credit card accounts will be charged at the time your order is confirmed.
